Devlog - Week of Mar. 28
Hello everyone, a short update this week:
This week we've mostly been playtesting and ironing out bugs. We also fully implemented our tutorial, but in the progress introduced a few unexpected bugs with the tutorial and powerups. We'll be wrapping those up early next week.
Some of the last few features have been added, such as scaling enemy strength. The rest are in progress and should be finished by Tuesday night. The team's been a little bit preoccupied with the end of the semester approaching.
We've also had a major overhaul on the visuals of the game, so the levels look much more polished.
Next week, the major focus in the first half will be to have a solid, stable build for the Level Up Showcase. After that, we'll be playing around with the numbers to try and move the game more towards a finished state, where there's some semblance of balance among the different aspects and powerups of the game.
